Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer to shape how people understand, trust and work with AI in their day-to-day operations. You’ll design the experiences behind our ontology, AI Analytics and Autonomous Agents, the places where complex business logic turns into clear answers and confident action.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys real complexity. One day you might map how a merchandiser explores a pricing question with AI. The next, you might design how an agent asks for approval before it reorders stock. You’ll work side by side with our data, ML and agentic automation teams, and often directly with customers.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to shape how people understand, trust and work with AI in their day-to-day operations. You’ll design the experiences behind our ontology, AI Analytics and Autonomous Agents, the places where complex business logic turns into clear answers and confident action.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys real complexity. One day you might map how a merchandiser explores a pricing question with AI. The next, you might design how an agent asks for approval before it reorders stock. You’ll work side by side with our data, ML and agentic automation teams, and often directly with customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Design end-to-end product experiences: Take features from early problem framing through flows, prototypes and polished UI, across AI Analytics, Autonomous Agents and the ontology.
  • Make AI understandable: Design how the product shows its reasoning, confidence and sources, so users can see why an answer was given and decide what to do next.
  • Design for safe action: Shape approval flows, guardrails and audit views that let agents act on the business while people stay in control.
  • Bring clarity to complex systems: Turn knowledge graphs, data lineage and model outputs into interfaces that domain experts can read at a glance.
  • Work closely with customers: Join discovery sessions and deployments, learn how operations teams really work, and bring those insights back into the product.
  • Partner across teams: Collaborate with engineering, ML and automation teams to scope work, make trade-offs and ship quality together.
  • Evolve our design system: Help grow a consistent, accessible visual language across the product and the website.

What We’re Looking For

  • [4–6+] years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally on B2B, data-heavy or enterprise products
  • A portfolio showing end-to-end work on complex workflows, with clear thinking behind each decision
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills, with a sharp eye for typography, hierarchy and detail
  • Confidence with Figma and rapid prototyping; comfort with HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Experience designing for AI, analytics or data products, or a real curiosity to learn
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and turning loosely defined problems into clear direction
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to customers and senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative spirit: you enjoy working closely with engineers and domain experts

Nice to Have

Experience with retail, supply chain or education operations

  • Familiarity with data visualisation, knowledge graphs or workflow automation tools
  • Experience building or maintaining a design system
